Shipping

  • Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after provider approval. Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your kit.
  • Shipping Methods: Our Kits are sent directly from our fulfilling pharmacy. You will receive an email with tracking and carrier updates.
  • Delivery Area: We currently ship only to addresses within Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Note: Prescription items require medical approval before fulfillment.

  

Refunds & Returns

  • All sales are final due to the medical nature of our products.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for kits, prescription items, or opened products.
  • If  your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@toughluckmedkits.com for assistance.
