Expiration

How long is each medication in each kit good for?

All prescription medications are automatically given an expiration date of 1 year by the FDA. The FDA is currently conducting research that says that solid medications may be good for up to 5 years and many up to 15 if stored properly. Learn More

We do not offer returns. Once your kit has left our pharmacy it is not returnable. If you have any concerns about your kit please email us.

Our forms and email are all HIPAA compliant.  


No, the medications don't need to be stored in the fridge anymore. It might taste better cold.


We accept Credit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay, and HSA/FSA cards. Payment isn't processed until our medical providers determine if the kit is appropriate for the individual.


We will substitute your medication with a different medication that you are not allergic too.


At this time we do not take insurance.


 Your shipping and tracking information will be provided through your Square receipt. We strive to have your kit delivered within 2-5 business days after it has been processed by the pharmacy. Please allow up to 7 business days for your kit to arrive. 


Each kit is for one person. It is a prescription kit that is individually prescribed and labeled for one person. Our providers review the intake forms, medical history, and allergies of that one individual to make sure it is safe for that one individual.  


It's important for you to have had a routine exam with your primary care physician within the last two years so that our providers can make sure that your kit is appropriate for you.


We have done our best to streamline the buying process  while also keeping prices low. At this time we are not able to make individual medication subtractions or add-ons.


Our medical providers will review your medical history and make efforts to substitute whenever possible. The medications we have chosen are generally safe for most people. However some medicines are not safe with certain medical conditions or allergies. 


We will only contact you if necessary due to your medical history and or allergies.


Yes, you may use your HSA/FSA card to purchase our kits.


We recommend storing your medications in a cool dark place to extend the life of your medications. Our elite kits come with a carrying EVA case. All kits come with waterproof, thick, childproof, mylar bag(s) to help protect your medication.


Each medication kit comes with a Tough Luck Treatment Guide. We do not want you to use your supply if you don't have to. We include helpful tips that you can try with each condition that may help you treat your illness without using your kit.


Yes, take your medication as directed for the full course of treatment. If you don't take the full course you run the risk of your illness returning and or contributing to antibiotic resistance.


Each medication comes straight from the pharmacy individually labeled and TSA ready.

All our medications are general prescription medications for common acute illnesses and are selected for their high safety profile. Most people will not have an issues however their is risk when taking any prescription. If you experience an increase in symptoms or allergy symptoms please discontinue and seek urgent medical attention.
